Summary: This property is located in the 6th arrondissement near the Louvre and Notre Dame. Loved the property! near the metro and nice restaurants. We were 3 couples in our 60’s, stayed for 5 days in this spacious property…. It is gorgeous, plenty of space to hang out with a glass of wine and talk about the day and close enough to wonderful restaurants. Can’t wait to stay again!

Summary: My family of six (ages 6 through 70+) stayed here for about a week at the end of June 2024 and we all absolutely loved it here. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. The apartment is very quiet inside and the beds are comfortable too, so sleeping was easy. A couple of the days were very hot and the A/C units worked very well to keep it cool inside. The in-unit laundry was a god-send after the airline lost our luggage! There is a small, modern and well-maintained elevator that was perfect for the heavy suitcase that did make it off the plane. The location, in Saint Germain des Prés, was absolutely perfect for our family. The Saint Sulpice metro station is barely two mins walk, Monoprix for groceries is 5 mins, and there is a host of other stores and conveniences right there in the neighborhood. Luxembourg Gardens is an easy and short walk too. The neighborhood feels safe and the locals were very friendly. Zulma, the host, was friendly, generous, and very accommodating for our late arrival. She provided us with plenty information before we even left the US and facilitated easy communication throughout. The fantastic accommodation and amazing neighborhood helped make our stay in Paris one to remember and cherish. I highly recommend this apartment, Zulma the property manager, and the 6th arrondissement. We'd come back here in a heartbeat, and wish we were able to stay longer (like forever).

Summary: This is the most beautiful apartment that I have ever rented for a vacation. My three friends and I loved it! Beautifully decorated and laid out, clean, attention to detail, and fantastic location. Fresh flowers greeted us in the hallway and each bedside table had a mini vase with a single white rose. The beds and pillows were extra comfortable. Three bathrooms was a wonderful luxury. And it was great to have a washer and a dryer in the apartment. I would definitely consider staying here again. Zulma could not have been nicer to my friend who arrived first, before the rest of us. This apartment truly made our Paris stay memorable.

Summary: We spent two wonderful weeks in Paris this June. The apartment is very charming, with beautiful furnishings, linens, etc. Zulma was a terrific manager. She met us upon arrival and gave us a detailed tour of all the features of the apartment. She was very responsive when we contacted her for anything, including tips on restaurants, and shopping. Summary: I spent MONTHS researching homes and apartments for our Paris trip. I was hunting for a place that was really special and close to all landmarks. We were 4 adults traveling for a week. Zulma’s husband Henri met us as we arrived and explained the workings of the apartment. The stunning apartment is perfectly located, exceptionally clean and in excellent working order. All of us guests loved the beautiful furnishings that matched the look wanted by the owner. A rich, well-heeled appearance. This building even had a small elevator to get up to the 3rd floor location. Large enough for one person and luggage. Did the job perfectly. Fresh baked croissants from just down the street and coffee every morning to start off right. Dinner in great places close to the apartment. IT WAS PERFECT!!!! Thank You Zulma and Henri for the ideal relaxed vacation.
